Shaina Cruea has been in the pole community for 14 years. She is the co-owner of COVA Pole & Movement in Va beach, an Elite trainer for Xpert Fitness, and the creator of Pole for Gold. Pole for Gold is an annual fundraiser pole show for a pediatric cancer organization called Warrior Mom Initiative.

As an elevatED certified pole instructor, and currently an Xpert Pole Cert Master Trainer. Shaina remains as dedicated to teaching others her knowledge of pole as she is to continuing the evolution of her style and expertise. She offers group classes, one-on-one training and specialty workshops.
